Lions and Tigers and Triplets! Oh my! {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 Julia, Sophia and Emma joined me Saturday morning with their mom, dad and Aunt for their 2nd birthday portraits and a cake smash. It was chaotic but a lot of fun and ultimately we got a lot of great shots even though one girl did not want in on the cake action.

 I had booked their session as part of my Giving is Awesome promotion at the end of May. I encouraged my Facebook fans to nominate someone they knew who deserved custom portraiture. Mom Danielle was one of 6 winners based on this nomination:

 "My sister, Danielle is a truly amazing person!  She deserves to win a photo session and credit! As a mother of (almost) 2 year old triplet girls(Emma, Julia, & Sophia) she cannot afford to have professional shots taken.  She is a special education teacher in the Rochester/Geneva area, originally from Sanborn.  She is a selfless person who always gives back to her community. She participated in the efforts to rebuild New Orleans after Katrina, gives countless hours to provide normal stable lives for her students, along with giving her all to her girls, and their  two step sisters.  She is the kind of person who inspires everyone she meets to be the best they can.  I often ask myself how in the world does she do?  However, she never complains. She feels incredibly blessed to be the mother of 3 toddlers, where most would feel overwhelmed.  She truly is the most patient mother I know, and I think this session would be so special to her to capture this moment in the triplets life! This is an opportunity she won't have again, as the cost to raise triplets doesn't leave much left for photo shoots.  Please consider her in your giveaway! She really does deserve it!"

I am glad I was able to photograph the girls and these are some of my favorite shots.

Kym's Mom and Me Tea Party {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 I met Kym when recently photographing the grand opening of her new business- the Gyrly Gyrl Kids and Spa- and we hit it off right away. Both moms supporting our families, we know how harried one another's schedules and lives can be, so when we had to reschedule the first date for her Mom and Me Tea Party so I could rest up and make a comeback from a bug she was so sweet about it. We got together the next week, and with a little help from a local antique shop, my dress up trunk for sessions and Toni at Cake & Dazzle we had the perfect Mommy and Me Tea Party. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you so much Kym! I hope you love these photos for a very long time!

Patti and Kevin {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 Patti is a friend of one of my client's who recently had me photograph her family. Angela decided as a wedding gift she would really like to give Patti and Kevin an engagement session. So Patti and I decided on Three Sister's Island for a nice and natural session with her, fiance Kevin and her two pugs. They were both really nice, funny and she has an absolutely amazing smile. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Many thanks to Angela, and congratulations Patti and Kevin! I'll see you in a couple of weeks!

Isabella's Mini Session {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 What a cheerful cutie Isabella is! She and her mom Casey share the same wonderful disposition, which just makes a session go so much smoother. Her mini session was just 20 minutes long and she did great! We did a couple of portrait set ups and then I followed her around while she played and chased mom. These are some of my favorite shots.

Thank you Casey! Your daughter is a delight.

Jaxson, 5 Days Young {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 Yesterday I met with baby boy Jaxson and his mommy Kristin in their home for his Newborn Session. Dad Tony came late to the party but we made plenty of time to get some captures with him. We spent close to 5 hrs. together to let the little man do his thing before I did mine. Patience was the name of the game and just as I was discussing rescheduling with his mom he fell asleep on my lap and was a dream from there. She later wrote on my Facebook page "Patience is an EXTREME understatement! You were amazing! You got peed on, he cried hysterically for almost 2 hours, pooped on my husband and then was so tough to pose! But you did it! You totally ROCK!" Which was so nice of her to say! These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you little family for being so inviting, I had a lot of fun and think he's just precious!

The Hoy Girls are Tutu Glam {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 I am so in love with these beautiful girls. After photographing them a few other times and all the referrals their mama has sent my way, I called up my friend Jessica Anne from Tutu Glam and ordered some custom tutus for them and ordered a beautiful little cake from Toni at Cake & Dazzle. I told their mom Jessica what I had planned and we got together last Friday for my final Tutu Glam session.

 The girls were gorgeous in their tutus and accessories. Because Alyanah recently won an award at school we put together a second outfit for her to "model." These are some of my favorite shots.

 (I have been shooting Tutu Glam sessions to help my friend get her business up and running, providing the images free of charge for her website and promotional material. If you have a product you need photographed, please contact me for details.)

 Thank you so much Jessica for all that you've done and continue to do. Your awesome referrals are so appreciated. Tutu Glam, Thank you for allowing me to photograph your perfect tutus!
