Baby Weekend v 2.0

You just have to go here and "Like" my page, then go to the February 2011 Contest photo album and leave a comment on the one you like best and want to see win. The winner will receive a framed and matted 8x10 print of the winning image. So easy!

 Also, I wanted to give a major shout out to Natasha at Style Legs and Taylor with Adventures in Yarn for asking me to be their product photographer! These two wonderful ladies provided the leg warmers and hats you've been seeing on portraits from Baby weekend. You can see my work all over their pages and their products are just wonderful! I now own 13 prs of baby leg warmers and Taylor made the most beautiful hat and booties set for me. Thank you so much ladies!

Avalon's Birthday

 This is Avalon and she just turned 3! Mom, Gina, and I know each other through the local LLL and she gave me a call asking if I was available to shoot the big day. It was a nice break from baby weekend editing so I was glad to get out, see some daylight and breathe fresh air.

Tori

 Tori arrived with brother Mark and mom Terra Thursday afternoon from Toronto to shoot her rescheduled "baby" session from the baby marathon. They came all the way from Toronto on a day I had food poisoning and, honestly, these photos don't do the little beauty justice. She's an actress who just shoot a national commercial last week and I can't wait to hear how her career is going to take off!

Max

Max is one of the sweetest babies I know, and he does a mean Schwarzenneger impression. He and mommy Megan came up this Weds. for their rescheduled session for the baby marathon. He and my daughter had a hot date playing on their floor mats after we all went to dinner and, as always, I was happy to see them both.

 Huge thank you to Megan, I know it was a lot of time to get here and I had so much fun seeing you both. Can't wait till next time!

Nicholas

 Nicholas was (quite obviously) the oldest "baby" during the baby marathon last weekend. We've been tight ever since I met him, his brother and dads, Chris and Kevin, 2 years ago. This was the first time he'd been in front of my camera and he's every bit the wild man as appears. (Although, Nicholas, I don't know who you're fooling- jungle cats missing their teeth are nowhere near as intimidating as those who still have them.)

 Thanks fellas for coming out and being a part of the weekend that crazy built. Oh, and the ride home. :)

Izabella and Kelsey

  Izabella and Kelsey make a return to the blog after the insanity that was last weekend. Mom, Liz, brought them to baby weekend and I think Izabella may have been on some high-performance juice. This sweetheart was everywhere!

 And I wanted big sister Kels to get to join in our reindeer games so snagged a couple shots of her.

 Big thank you to the three of  you! Can't wait to see you again soon!

Colden

 This little manimal is Colden and his proud owner Amanda brought him by Sunday afternoon as I was rounding out a weekend of shoots. He's a sweet little thing with the brightest blue eyes and was a great subject. 

 Thanks a ton Amanda for putting up w Sunday traffic on your way to the shoot AND for participating in the baby marathon.

Layla

 Layla's no stranger to my blog, in fact this is her third appearance. However, a strange thing has happened over the 8 months I've been photographing her and her mom, Charlotte. Layla has developed a love-hate relationship with my camera. That or her new wiggling, crawling, running, squirming capabilities have bested me. Oh beautiful little girl, I hope you soon make amends with the camera. It sure loves you, why don't you love it back?

 Thank goodness for bubbles for keeping you distracted. I know you hate hats so but it seemed to do the trick. Thanks Char for coming out for the shoot! As always, I love to photograph this midget.

Gianna

 This little beauty is Gianna and she came to sit for me Sunday with mom Teresa and dad Mike. She has the most adorable dimples and rolls and I could shoot her for days. Gianna, don't forget that big is beautiful!

 Thank you a million times over Mike and Teresa, for everything. You have a beautiful daughter and I'm glad to finally have gotten together with you!
