Kendell, 5 Days Young {WNY Portrait Photographer}

I'm skipping ahead a couple of sessions because I absolutely cannot wait another minute to share my favorites from today's Newborn Session with Kendell and her family. We shot for about 3 hours, had a crasher (Hi Jessica!), only one blanket was peed on and she was just the most agreeable little thing. Put her in front of my space heater and she was good with whatever we wanted. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you so much Kristina and Ricky for allowing me to once again photograph your beautiful, and newly renovated, family. She is just perfect.

The S Family's Candid Session {WNY Portrait Photographer}

Shannons first email to me went a little like this, "... really difficult two year old... can't pose our family... have anti-anxiety meds on hand..." Of course, I'm kidding but I was prepared to work with some Terrible Twos and forewarned that this is one family that you can't just set up and ask to say "Hi" (as opposed to "Cheese").

 So we planned to shoot in a much more candid style, chose a location the kids could do lots of playing at and subsequently ended up shooting elsewhere due to a S.G.K. run happening. And it was all so worth it because what a gorgeous family. I laughed the entire time at the Terrible Twos and loved watching this family at play. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you Shannon and Gary! It was so nice to meet your family and start my Saturday morning with such nice people.

P.S.- Shannon, I'm so sorry for putting in the wrong name here. The birthday party I shot after your family was hosted by a mommy with the other name.

Ellie's Tutu Glam Session {WNY Portrait Photographer}

Does this little girl not have some of the prettiest blue eyes you've ever seen? This is Ellie and her mom, Megan, signed up to do a Tutu Glam session with me last week. She was a little shy at first but brightened up quickly during her mini session. She did so good that we extended the shoot just a bit to get some shots of her with her new friend A. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thanks so much Megan! I can't wait to see you both again soon!

Grace's Tutu Glame and Cake Smash Sessions {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 Sweet baby Grace is just too much! I met her and her mom Amy a week before her 1st birthday party for her Tutu Glam session. She was just adorable and very easy to shoot.

 Well. Than we met back up three nights later with her sister Hayleigh for her Cake Smash and it was like a whole other baby had come in her place. Poor Grace was tired and a bit teary-eyed. I think even through the tears beautiful images can be captured so kept shooting. In between her yelling at me and standing in front of Grace I even captured a shot of her surly big sis. Their mom and dad shared with me that those two shots captured the girls perfectly.

 Grace's mood was boosted when the cake was brought out. Hayleigh stood on the sidelines yelling at her "Don't eat the cake Grace!" while mom encouraged the gooey, delicious mess that followed. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you Amy and girls. I had a lot of fun shooting Grace and even a few laughs thanks to Hayleigh!

 (The Cake Smash was done as a rush job with a 16x20 storyboard. Many thanks to Paul at PDM Studios for getting the print done with a quickness! Rush jobs are charged a 15% service fee.)

Julia and Gianna's Tutu Glam Shoot {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 These best friends are just as beautiful as a pair of 5 year olds get! Julia, from the Bielec family, and her best friend Gianna did a Tutu Glam session together recently. They were so much fun and loved their new tutus. They were the perfect little models. These are a few of my favorite shots.

 Thanks Angela for bringing sweet Julia and Gianna out for a quick morning session!

The Bielec Family {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 Angela B. updated her Facebook status Tuesday to "Good things come to those who wait." She'd waited almost a month to have her family's portraits taken after we were rained out several times- the last time the thunderstorm started up just as we drove into the parking lot where we were going to shoot.

 We finally got together this Sunday for a fun day full of beautiful weather. The family is a lot of fun and as a surprise after the portraits Angela gave her kids Blake, Brian and Julia a present to be played with while I was still on hand for her and Jeff. These are some of my favorite shots.

 Thank you Angela and family! I had so much fun with your family and cannot wait for what the future holds for your gorgeous family.

Tutu Girls Boutik Grand Opening {WNY Portrait Photographer}

 I recently heard about a new girl's boutique opening locally by a client who suggested I find out about product shooting for them. Well I did, and they sent me home with some amazing products to shoot for them as I shoot my portraits.

 They asked me to come back in and shoot their grand opening over Baby Weekend and it worked out perfectly that I wasn't scheduled to start shooting babes until 1. Walking into the store was like going back to when I was 9 years old and excited to dress up and play grown up. There were moms oohing and ahhing at all of the sweet clothing and little girls getting their diva/princess on as they snacked on Cake Pops, designed perfume, played karaoke and had mani/pedis done. These are a few of my favorite shots.

 Thank you Lisa and Co. for having me and I wish you much success! I can't wait to use all of the wonderful goodies you've sent my way.
